Yikes!

According to the amount of lemon & syrup, you should be using 3/10 tsp of cayenne. The amount of water used has diluted the drink considerably - 30 vs 128. Still too much cayenne.

It must feel like some sort of initiation ritual to you.

Please, please read the book!
