I don't see the point of taking vitamins if they're not being absorbed. I took vitamins and they did nothing. It wasn't till AFTER I did The Master Cleanse was I able to absorb ANY nutrients. Simple proof is my hair grew after I did the cleanse whereas for years it stayed at the same length.

If your body is gunked up, nothing will get through it.
No expert needs to tell me this, it's pure logic.
