Thank you! I actually got initiated to tapping a few years ago, but somehow forgot about it. I think it will definitely help me change my mindset and get back on track with my Water Fast and my life. And I like the links you gave me, the teacher keeps it clear and simple. Thanks again I really appreciate, I will put that to good use for sure.
