re hunger, it depends on how used to fasting you are, if I've not done it for a long time then yes will feel hungry from time to time, if I'm doing it quite regularly then I usually would only have one slight hunger pang in a 2.5 day fast.
Just find something to take your mind off it, I guess everyone is different
