First post! Hi! I read on this forum about Iodine supplementation. I'm following the protocol, iodoral, selenium, magnesium, ATP cofactors etc

I just got a call from my doc today about bloodwork. I scored a 9. It's supposed to be under 5. I'm hypothyroid. I'm depressed. She wants me on thyroid meds. I'm considering them.

I'm overweight, my hair is thinning... I don't wanna go against doc recommendations.

How long until the protocol has an effect on my actual bloodwork (not how I *think* I feel. Placebo effect)

What does everyone think?
