Don't believe all the hype on expensive vitamin C. The medical doctors that used vitamin C to cure ailments, used the cheapest form which is plain 'ol ascorbic acid. Btw, you should be taking more. I take over 20,000 mg a day in divided up doses. At least 80% of people can tolerate 10,000 mg orally per day if the doses are divided up.
