A lot of them are just bellow the ideal level while others are pretty low. Sodium is very low.

My NA/k ratio is very low and my Zn/CU ratio is super high. This definitely indicates burnout.

Also, I may have copper toxicity and am considered a poor eliminator of toxic metal (lead/Cadmium/Mercury) which I assume is the inability to detox due to stress.

Nutritional balancing seems like a pretty good protocol to detox metals and I've already engaged the program except I'll add Liver Flushes to it down in the road.
