Thanks again for the reply.
I have been researching a lot and it is doing my head in. My triglyceride levels are like 4-5X what they should be and it concerns me a lot...
Candida overgrowth? I am not sure that I have this? I thought I did once and thought I addressed it?

I have used Betain HCL in the past, but am not sure it did anything. I feel Brocomax fixed my bad reflux and I feel the Curcumin/Resveratrol/Quercetin combo fixed my dandruff and rosacea.
With my cholesterol and triglyceride issues, I have read that taking fish oil in doses of 4g is very beneficial. I also read that Niacin is worth taking also, along with Pysllium Husk powder.
Thanks again,
