These may be contributing to your candida overgrowth. without being bound to digestive enzymes before ingestion, they are free-floating food. Houston AFP-pep in water with these ingredients (1-3 capsules depending upon the amount) can help re-bind the protiens against hungry candidders, but you need good stomach acid to bind free amino acids and trigger the pancreas to mobilize it's protease production. A steak and eggs breakfast is a stronger way to get your amino acids in, with a betain HCL or two.
The amino acids are usually put in a capsule to help protect against stomach acid, which means if they're ingested with water, the materials may end up in the small intestine unprocessed. You need to be able to taste the protiens to prompt the pancreas via the thyroid/salivary glands.
White tongue indicates a likely issue with bile production, which phosphatidyl choline can help address. Betain HCL with pancreatin also provides extra anticandida effects.
I suggest sea or himalaya Seasalt water rinses, and some journaling and experimentation with the amino acid supplementation. Continuing your workout pattern while abstaining from the amino acids can prove a very good test, for 1-2 weeks, with journalling as appropriate. Stronger intake of ruccola, baby spinach, steamed kale and less fruit can also help hit the candida overgrowth harder.
Got any experience with liquid/water/dry fasting?
