I am doing my 3rd Liver Flush tonight. I am doing every other week so my liver gets rest. My question has to do with Heavy metal cleansing. I would like to do a heavy metal cleanse (cutler protocol) during the week off from my liver cleanse. Is this a smart idea? or is it not enough time to rest my liver?

Has anyone tried doing this? Please help me with any advice.
