That endo was very useless in terms of finding what`s wrong with me, honestly. lol

The reason I really stopped taking those is because I`m engaging into nutritional balancing and my hair analysis indicates I have a four low pattern, which means my calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium levels are slow and the NB practitioner is telling me to stay away from stimulants until I get those levels balanced.
