I have done many Water Fasts and I have to say each and every Water Fast has helped me. If it were not for Water Fasts and Liver Flushing I do not know where I would be.

I keep my mind open to things, I think I will let you know after I do my dry fasts. I am happy that you have great experience and benefits from dry fast.
