I'm sorry this has been rough for you. You posted this in 2002 so I hope you got though it ok. For the benefit of people reading this thread like I did and who are starting a cleanse, don't forget the value of dry brushing every morning. I'm going to follow Dr Bernard Jensen s tissue cleanse. I also get hives when I cleanse, so I hope the brushing,a dry sauna and systemic enzymes will do the trick.
