Hi longterm,

I do agree with you that it's the inside that needs resolving, but then, Daniel Miller seems to contradict that for the main part doesn't he?
One minute I'm convinced one way and the next I'm not so sure.

My improvements all started when I began applying aquaphor all day every day and when I went gluton free (or as good as I could, not entirely gluton free) but over the past 2 weeks I've slacked massively on the diet but kept applying aquaphor and it's not getting worse, I'd say still improving.
At the min I've stopped the aquaphor and switched to just a moisturiser.
