I am not starting my fast for a few weeks because I am doing Liver Flush next weekend and then rest a week, after that I will do DF for two days.

This will be my 1st DF.

Just wanted to let you know that you need a good re-feeding period between two fasts. I am sure you know when you eat a bit here and there your body stays in starvation mode.

I hope you are fasting when my DF starts.
