Congrats, you are in MUCH better shape than I was.
I think you are lucky your doctors didn't find anything, or else they would have put you on terrible Heart Drugs with bad side effects.

Since 1990, my BP was going up every year and in spite of everything I tried, it just kept going up. Last year was the worst & I was 150s/90s and resting HR 90's, even 100s. Then the Nitric Oxide program sent it all plunging back to low normal. Dr. Ignarro & his book, No More Heart Disease, most likely saved me from a terrible heart attack! I might even out-live a few more friends... YAY!
Drugs like v1agra work by raising the Nitric Oxide, but they also have terrible side effects.

Hardening of the arteries begins at young ages, so I am not surprised that your daughter has zero Nitric Oxide.
