Way too little to stimulate the liver to create gallbladder, which helps the going. Good to be cautious, but if you can not do it the right way, do not expect good results. I believe that the first time people need to do the coffee enema at least 2 -3 times in a raw just the coffee. If you miss it first time you'll get it right second even third time. Coffee enema detox give you boost and energy when done right. I know, I have done it myself for many years cleansing out with water first. I found that to be a waste of time. If you do coffee enema just cut to the chase and do the coffee enema and your poor, over worked and under appreciated live will appreciate you for that.

People without gallbladder got good results from doing it in a raw up to three times. I heard good results from people who tried the above mentioned route. I did not hear any negative thing about using coffee enema the right way.
