I ordered it, and I've used it. It does everything they say it does. Unfortunately, my Little Guy does not like it. He actually hates it because it makes him feel like he's in a straight jacket. I've used it several times and it ended up in a drawer collecting dust. He especially hated tightening it around the glans. It is difficult to tighten it without pinching skin.
