Santino, I agree with you on some of your observations.

I agree with you that some of the "objects" people pass could not have been inside liver in that size and that shape.

Example if those "objects":



This object would have taken all space inside an average gallbladder.





These "objects" are large enough to take all space inside an average gallbladder.
