This sounds like the terrible vertigo that hit me after having the flu this past year.

I took it morning and night in OJ and noticed an improvement the next day. Yay! I could drive again, I hadn't left my house for three weeks!

Maybe it could help you too. I always hear bad stuff about mirena.
