It quickly restored my balance within a couple of days.... I have continued maintenance though daily, as well. I did about 1 TBS a day 3 times a day. You can also get flavored cod liver oil...not the best tasting stuff, but the results were well worth it. Give it a try! Bets of luck to yoU!!!
