I have felt the same changes in my body and mind everytime I have fasted.The proof is when people ask you, what are you doing for your skin? And I am a man so it is more flattering.

Yes, my joints feel lubrictaed when I fast.

You are inspiring me to go on a fast because lately I have this annoying neck stiffness, which only today got better after three days of intenese Yoga and Kidney cleanse.
