I am on day 5th of The Master Cleanse and in the last two days i see a lot of pepper in my poo (the liquid and the particles are mostly red). I actually put around half teaspoon cayenne per glass of lemonade and i drink 10 per day. Does anyone know why i am not absorbing/digesting the cayenne pepper, is it because i am using too much ?
