hi, thank you so much for explaining this all to me.
can i find all of this in moritz's book?

my main concern is that i am hypothyroid and my digestion and bm's are very sluggish, so i would probably not have a BM by the time that you are supposed to. so, would a colonic or enema be better for speeding up that process?
you mention that you did both before the flush and im not sure which one would be better.
