would you be able to suggest a good earthing mat brand that you use?

as for the digestive enzymes, i somewhat feel that no matter how many i take, i dont produce enough stomach acid at all and enzymes wont really make a dent in the lack of acidity that is caused by my hypothyroidism. id love to find other ways of increasing stomach acidity. apple cider vinegar makes me have heart burn.

which specific trace minerals do you use?
