Apply the castor oil (have done packs without obvious results). Can you just buy a mini trampoline for rebounding? My friends parents have a table but they take up a lot of room plus are expensive...

I had about a three month break from flushing between Christmas and now because I had definitely overdone it. I feel impatient because of the severity of the symptoms and get frustrated not being able to enjoy food (I'm a real foodie!) but I will definitely take it easy for the next few months, at least til after my next humaworm course. Going to focus on getting good bacteria balance back and balancing my raw vegan diet. Would be good to get back into juicing as I haven't in a while... I would love to Water Fast one day but I think the whole experience of not being able to eat bugger all for about 8 months has left me quite obsessed with food. I did really enjoy my 9 day juice fast but you need to be in the right mindset beforehand so will see how things play out.

By the way Castor oil is amazing for Acne as well - I use a 50/50 mix of castor oil and other oils (olive or macadamia) and massage onto face and around eyes at night and just wipe off with a tissue. Removes makeup and no need for moisturiser, then in the morning just use a konjac sponge with cold water. No lotions or soap and my skin has never looked more amazing.
