In regards to the menstruation, it worries me greatly. i know that adrenal and thyroid problems (both of which i have) can cause either infrequent or heavy menses, but i have yet to read about anyone completely stopping for so long.
when you mention "deficiency", is that deficiency in the chinese medicine sense?
and "toxicity"---could this be toxicity of the entire body or more related to the liver?
i hate to resort to taking hormones, but im so hopeless at this point and really need to get my period before it becomes dangerous to my body, so i think im going to go on progesterone under supervision of a nat doctor.
i simply do not think that acupuncture can bring on a period that has not lasted for so long.
do you have any thoughts on this?
