I never felt good about buying supplements made in China from my Acupuncturist. They have no checks and balances, so talk about heavy metals and who knows what else potentially getting into your system.

There is something to acupuncture and Dr. Lam suggested I continue it, but it got too expensive. If you keep at it and get past a certain point you can just go for maintenance sessions.
