If you have liver/gallbladder congestion, and no other maladies, then it will most likely work in clearing your acne. you have to find out what else is wrong with you. most likely, you have some degree of heavy metal toxicity, and/or gut dysbiosis. You have to clean up/heal your gut and detox the metals. That combined with Liver Flushing should at least make some improvement.
