Hello, I'm on the 5th day of my fast (possibly an 11-day fast). This was one of the easiest fasts I've ever done, which I didn't expect; I didn't really experience symptoms of ketosis/detox, only a headache on the first day. I've also been meditating since day 1, which calms me down a lot!
