Colonics, liver flushes every 2-3 weeks.  Get Andreas Moritiz book and study it.

Drink 1/4 t. of raw apple cider vinegar in 8 oz. of water when having acid reflux or bile reflux, will take away pain almost immediately.

Your stomach sphincters aren't closing because you don't have enough acid in the stomach.  It requires acid to shut very tightly.  Liver flushing repeatedly most likely will cure this.

Do yourself a favor and find a good colon hydrotherapist and fast.
