I just completed my third Liver Flush this year.

This time I used magnesium citrate caps and flaxseed oil and limes because that is what was ready on hand.

Now I have been doing coffee enemas two a day for the last four months so I wonder if my liver is already well detoxed?

I didnt get anything different from what I get when I do an enema which is tiny granule like flakes which were coated in green instead of brown.

I have never had any stones come up except a couple on the first flush. I always feel a bit sort of better but I am wondering do I really need to do them or is just doing the coffee enemas enough?

Finally I did wake up a bit nauseous in the middle of the night and some Sea Salt fixed it straight away so good tip if you feel a bit sick.
