Thanks to everyone who responded. Is it my understanding that I threw up from drinking the iodized salt? Also, I think you're right about learning how to fast. I don't smoke or drink but I am a huge Sugar eater. I didn't know I needed to cut back on that the week before. I was more like binging on it because I knew I wasn't going to be eating it anymore. That probably didn't help. WHy does iodized salt make you sick? Thanks for info!
