I had two day ones myself. The first day, like yourself, I had read and read, bought the book, and I was all pumped up to get started. I made it until 1PM, at which time I had a KILLER headache and felt so ill that I felt like I had to eat something. I ate a sandwich, rested a bit, and felt fine (that was the only thing I ate that day). I was disappointed that I couldn't get through the day, after reading all the successes on this board, so I decided that I would start again the following day, and tough it out, no matter what. Here I am on day 16 and feeling great (even went straight through Thanksgiving)!!! The first few days are definitely the hardest, but it gets better. Best of luck!!
