I am on day 2 too... Having severe headache and muscle aches (thigs & calves). Feeling strong hunger pangs from around 12.00, but have been ignoring them by watching movies and running arms with my kids,

Starting weight: (1st day) 213.4 lbs

2nd day: 206.6 lbs

Hoping to do 43 days. Coincidentally the 43rd day will fall on my b'day.
