Your liver is probably full of stones and it's putting pressure on certain organs. I luckily never had pain, but at one point, my liver and gallbladder felt so full that it was hard to expand my lungs after eating a fatty meal. I felt like I was suffocating. Everyone experiences different symptoms and I've heard many people on this site talk about the extreme pain that they were feeling in the liver area.
