The only thing YOU did wrong was use iodized salt. As you know now, that doesn't work. So, you really added something to your already toxic body that you needed to cleanse out instead of what SHOULD have happened, which was that the salt water flush should have helped to cleanse you. I never do a salt water flush on the first day, anyway.

Other than your mistake with the SWF, nothing went wrong - those are classic detox symptoms. Vomiting is less common, but I have experienced it and heard of others here vomiting as well.

During my first Master-Cleanse I was so sick one day that I had to call in sick to work. It was like the worst flu I'd ever had.

It gets better if you keep drinking the lemonade and LOTS of water.
