Things got a bit rough with day 3. Headache and fatigue at the last half of the day made it more challenging to ward off food temptations. I'm just glad it's over and ready for Day 4.

Hey buddies, I would love to hear others updates/progress. Reading all your posts are so helpful in keeping me motivated and sticking to the plan.
