Dear Hopeblossom (love your name),

I'm so sorry I never replied to your email and thank you so much for your prayers! You are so sweet and kind :) I don't even remember reading James's response to me here.

I hope you are doing better now. I'm too sensitive with herbs and foods.

I have taken lysine and selenium. I think selenium helps the inflamation a bit.

I hope you tried Pau d' arco, I've never felt worse with probably a little better. I don't think it worsens autoimmune disease. It helped my 5 yr old when he was a baby with fevers. What I've done for my gum pain is bite on a raw garlic for a few minutes sometimes even slept with it when it gets really bad.
