Hi folks,

This is my first day trying the Lugol's 3%.

Twice a day applying to the wound and scar, I guess the total drops is 5-7.
3 times having the 3% with distilled water.
1st - using my finger to get the drop (1 finger I guess 0.5 drop) x a cup of distilled water.
2nd - 4 times of the "finger drop" x 1.5 cup of water
3rd - just right before, I poured a little bit fo 3% with 2 "finger drops", I guess 4-5 drops of 3% with 3 cup of water.
So the total drops I got today might be around 12-13 drops.

Is it too much or it gotta be step by step? I know I might be a bit quick but I just wanna get rid of all the bad things in my body especially some evil chemicals such as chloride and keloid.
