Hi:)ya caa522,

I'm doing a Water Fast today because of your inspiration. I should have eye pix on my blog tomorrow.

I love when people give me great ideas, and I always want to give them credit for it :)

I did a colonic last night as prep, and lost 5lbs. That's very strange for me, because I have a super pooper. I usually go to bed with an empty colon.

Feeling good today. Heading for my walk soon :)

Anyways, if you feel comfortable, can you give me a name so I can identify you? I'm going to blog about your inspiration, and caa522 isn't personal enough haha

If not that's ok too :)
