I ve tried taking my Lugols in water with ascorbic acid (vitamin c) today. Bout 1/4 teaspoon Vit C and 30 drops of Lugols 2%.

I felt sooooo weird at work . Dizzy, sick stomach, weak in my legs. I used to feel slightly dizzy since a few weeks anyways and trapper said i might be dumping aluminium now since i am on 100mg for about a year now. And before that 6 months of 12,5 -50 mg.

But today was worse than ever.

Hmmmmmm prolly gonna take it without vit c again tomorrow and test again at the Weekend or a day off.

I didnt get the 36b ...... Have ro re read my previous post 😂 getting old...😁😳
