Thanks for the encouragement!

Whenever I think of doing the liver flush, I compare it to going on a blind date :) you, know , the butterflies in stomach feeling... ha ha ha!

I am planning on doing it sometime late in December, depending how long my body lasts on this second Master-Cleanse - one day at a time.
Oh, and the grapefruit juice is the one I have my eye on :)
