i really dont even eat that much protein, to be honest.
i eat mostly vegetables, starchy vegetables/ roots, some fruit, good fats, and then fish, eggs, and chicken.
i have a leaky gut so i dont eat grains and legumes, so i feel that if went on a vegan diet, id actually crash even more because i wouldnt be getting enough calories.

i always read that protein is important in fixing adrenal issues.

what is it about protein that would exacerbate adrenal problems?
and do you think a high fat diet (lots of avocados, moderate olive oil, coconut oil) is hurting my liver?
