Find some food grade Diatomaceous earth and take a heaping teaspoon 4x a day. That's what I've been doing. That's what I think is working. I've seen them twice a day after eating pumpkin seeds (it paralyzes them)

I'm also taking probiotics, green juices, drinking TONS of water, drinking lemons garlic ginger shots, and I just added in Black-Walnut , Wormwood and neem.

But they started pouring out (dead) after starting the DE. It works wonders. The brand I take is called Lumino.
