this all very confusing now.

Gina taking Lugols with vit c since years, trapper only taking potassium Iodide since years. Having good results obviously and being both beyond best enzyme-age i d suppose.

and then those who religiously take Lugols on an empty stomach. like me.


i guess i can only figure out if i have enough enzymes by
mixing it with vitamin c now for a while and wait 2-3 months.

if my periodic fibrocystic breasts reappear as they did last summer as i ve reduced from 100mg to 12,5 mg i will know
that it doesnt work for me.
