on some days i walk and hike a great deal while fasting, other days i dont do any extra moving around. i listen to my body and if my legs are weak i stay put, but if i have lots of energy than i might walk/hike for a few hours. i personally think it helps loosen up some old stuff and get it working its way out of you.
