She made up a special herbal formula that i have yet to receive, and she said that it will work to move the heat away from my stomach and liver, because apparently i have "heat" blocked there. I dont know what the specific herbs are that she has influded, other than licorice and eleuthero. I also do acupuncture every 3 weeks. I really have no idea if this is even going to help.

i do know that id like to try it out in addition to doing liver cleanses/ flushes.

i just have no idea where to even begin and im scared of doing a Liver Flush and getting worse.
