TWO MORE DAYS! Then the water/ dry fast begins. I'm nervous.... I can't stand the symptoms... but I'm excited. Hoping to get to day 40 this time. Going to try to control the stress levels. Didn't lose anything since yesterday. So far I lost 7 lbs in 4 days. I know its water weight but that's still good. Some light cleaning before the deep cleaning kicks in. I don't want to be in pain anymore. I don't want people's stares or to continue having trouble shopping for clothes. I want to be able to chase my kids. I'm so freaking nervous I won't make it. Gotta try.
