Tomorrow (Tuesday) will be Day 14 of my Master-Cleanse cleanse, and I was planning to do a Liver Flush some time this week, as it says in the header of this forum: "Fasting promotes formation of intrahepatic stones and gallstones. flush your liver every 2 weeks while fasting to prevent developing large stones."

But you say that fasting during the Master-Cleanse is a bad idea? So what should I do? I plan on going 40 days if my body feels like it.
